Coconut Cloud Cupcakes
Another new one to my collection....Coconut cake infused with coconut milk, iced and filled with cream cheese butter cream, rolled in sweetened coconut and topped with a marshmallow fondant rose bud. I'm going to offer this one at Tuxie's this coming Thursday with a white chocolate decoration on top.
