This is my new favorite red velvet cupcake recipe. The color, taste and texture is right on. I iced the top with cream cheese butter cream, sprinkled red velvet cake crumbs and topped it off with a chocolate heart with sprinkles. I think it looks pretty! Who wouldn't love to receive a pink ribbon wrapped box, open the lid to it and see a dozen of these babies inside as a Valentine's day gift!
